Full Title

A bill to create a National Commission on the Rebuilding of America which will conduct an inventory of our Nation's water and sewer system, mass transit facilities, bridges, highways and roads; develop a ten-year investment plan to rebuild the public improvements essential to economic development; make recommendations concerning changes in Federal laws and regulations that influence the pattern of Federal expenditures for public improvements; and for other purposes.
