H.R. 2675 (98th): A bill to amend title IV of the Social Security Act to provide that information concerning an applicant for or recipient of aid to families with dependent children must be made available (by the applicant State agency) to any Federal, State, or local law enforcement authority who requests such information for use in a felony investigation or prosecution, if a warrant of arrest or a parole violation warrant has been issued against such applicant or recipient.
