(Measure passed House, amended) Extends the boundary of the Pike National Forest in Colorado. Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to provide for a study of a portion of the Horsepasture River, in North Carolina, to determine whether or not it should be designated as a part of the wild and scenic rivers system. Authorizes appropriations for such study.
