  Oct. 17, 1983   To designate the United States Post Office Building in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, as the
   [H.R. 3835]                        "William A. Steiger Post Office Building".

                    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
William A.        United States of America in Congress assembled, That the United
OffiSBuilding     States Post Office Building located at 1025 West 20th Avenue,
Designation.      Oshkosh, Wisconsin, shall hereafter be known and designated as the
                  "William A. Steiger Post Office Building". Any reference in any law,
                  map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United
                  States to that building shall be deemed to be a reference to the
                  "William A. Steiger Post Office Building".
