He was previously the representative for Michigan’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1905 to 1907; the representative for Michigan’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905; and the representative for Michigan’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1901 to 1903.
