He was previously the representative for Kentucky’s 4th congressional district as a Democrat from 1923 to 1925; the representative for Kentucky’s 4th congressional district as a Democrat from 1915 to 1923; and the representative for Kentucky’s 4th congressional district as a Democrat from 1907 to 1915.
