He was previously the representative for Oregon’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905; the representative for Oregon’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1895 to 1897; the representative for Oregon’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1893 to 1895; the representative for Oregon’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1891 to 1893; the representative for Oregon’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1889 to 1891; the representative for Oregon’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1887 to 1889; and the representative for Oregon’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1885 to 1887.
