He was previously the representative for California’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; the representative for California’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; the representative for California’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923; and the representative for California’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1913 to 1915.
