He was previously the representative for Minnesota’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923; the representative for Minnesota’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1907 to 1915; the representative for Minnesota’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1905 to 1907; and the representative for Minnesota’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905.
