He was previously the representative for Ohio’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905; the representative for Ohio’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1901 to 1903; the representative for Ohio’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1899 to 1901; the representative for Ohio’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1895 to 1899; the representative for Ohio’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1893 to 1895; the representative for Ohio’s 15th congressional district as a Republican from 1889 to 1891; the representative for Ohio’s 15th congressional district as a Republican from 1887 to 1889; and the representative for Ohio’s 14th congressional district as a Republican from 1885 to 1887.
