He was previously the representative for Missouri’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1899 to 1901; the representative for Missouri’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1895 to 1899; and the representative for Missouri’s 11th congressional district as a Republican from 1893 to 1895.
