He was previously the representative for Colorado’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1927 to 1931; the representative for Colorado’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; the representative for Colorado’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; and the representative for Colorado’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923.
