He was previously the representative for Missouri’s at-large district as a Democrat from 1933 to 1934; the representative for Missouri’s 9th congressional district as a Democrat from 1931 to 1933; the representative for Missouri’s 9th congressional district as a Democrat from 1927 to 1931; the representative for Missouri’s 9th congressional district as a Democrat from 1925 to 1927; and the representative for Missouri’s 9th congressional district as a Democrat from 1923 to 1925.
