He was previously the representative for Michigan’s 13th congressional district as a Republican from 1931 to 1936; the representative for Michigan’s 13th congressional district as a Republican from 1927 to 1931; the representative for Michigan’s 13th congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; the representative for Michigan’s 13th congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; and the representative for Michigan’s 13th congressional district as a Republican from 1919 to 1921.
