He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 7th congressional district as a Republican from 1821 to 1823; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 7th congressional district as a Republican from 1819 to 1821; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 7th congressional district as a Republican from 1813 to 1815.
