He was previously the representative for Michigan's 2nd congressional district (1931-1933); the representative for Michigan's 2nd congressional district (1927-1931); the representative for Michigan's 2nd congressional district (1925-1927); the representative for Michigan's 2nd congressional district (1923-1925); and the representative for Michigan's 2nd congressional district (1919-1923).
