He was previously the representative for Illinois’s 25th congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; the representative for Illinois’s 25th congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; and the representative for Illinois’s 25th congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923.
