Rollins was a senator from New Hampshire and was a Republican. He served from 1877 to 1883.
He was previously the representative for New Hampshire’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1865 to 1867; the representative for New Hampshire’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1863 to 1865; and the representative for New Hampshire’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1861 to 1863.
