He was previously the representative for Virginia’s 19th congressional district as a Republican from 1807 to 1811; the representative for Virginia’s 19th congressional district as a Republican from 1805 to 1807; the representative for Virginia’s 19th congressional district as a Republican from 1803 to 1805; the representative for Virginia’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1801 to 1803; and the representative for Virginia’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1799 to 1801.
