He was previously the representative for Utah’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; the representative for Utah’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; and the representative for Utah’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1921 to 1923.
