Etheridge was the representative for Tennessee’s 9th congressional district and was an Ind. Republican-Democrat. He served from 1859 to 1861.
He was previously the representative for Tennessee’s 9th congressional district as an American from 1855 to 1857; and the representative for Tennessee’s 9th congressional district as a Whig from 1853 to 1855.
