Gray was the representative for Indiana’s 10th congressional district and was a Democrat. He served from 1933 to 1938.
He was previously the representative for Indiana’s 6th congressional district as a Democrat from 1915 to 1917; and the representative for Indiana’s 6th congressional district as a Democrat from 1911 to 1915.
