Condon was the representative for Rhode Island’s 1st congressional district and was a Democrat. He served from 1933 to 1936.
He was previously the representative for Rhode Island’s 3rd congressional district as a Democrat from 1931 to 1933; and the representative for Rhode Island’s 3rd congressional district as a Democrat from 1929 to 1931.
