Harrison was the representative for New York’s 20th congressional district and was a Democrat. He served from 1913 to 1915.
He was previously the representative for New York’s 16th congressional district as a Democrat from 1907 to 1913; and the representative for New York’s 13th congressional district as a Democrat from 1903 to 1905.
