He was previously the representative for Indiana’s 8th congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905; the representative for Indiana’s 8th congressional district as a Republican from 1901 to 1903; and the representative for Indiana’s 8th congressional district as a Republican from 1899 to 1901.
