He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 7th congressional district as a Republican from 1931 to 1936; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 7th congressional district as a Republican from 1927 to 1931; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 7th congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 7th congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 6th congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923.
