Edmonds was the representative for Pennsylvania’s 4th congressional district and was a Republican. He served from 1933 to 1934.
He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 4th congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 4th congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 4th congressional district as a Republican from 1913 to 1915.
