Huff was the representative for Pennsylvania’s 22nd congressional district and was a Republican. He served from 1907 to 1911.

He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 22nd congressional district as a Republican from 1905 to 1907; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 22nd congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905; the representative for Pennsylvania as a Republican from 1895 to 1897; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 21st congressional district as a Republican from 1891 to 1893.
