He was previously the representative for Massachusetts’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1905 to 1907; the representative for Massachusetts’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905; the representative for Massachusetts’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1901 to 1903; the representative for Massachusetts’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1899 to 1901; and the representative for Massachusetts’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1897 to 1899.
