Boileau was the representative for Wisconsin’s 7th congressional district and was most recently a Progressive (1935-1938) and previously a Republican (1933-1934). He served from 1933 to 1938.
He was previously the representative for Wisconsin’s 8th congressional district as a Republican from 1931 to 1933.
