He was previously the representative for South Carolina’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1931 to 1933; the representative for South Carolina’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1927 to 1931; the representative for South Carolina’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1925 to 1927; the representative for South Carolina’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1923 to 1925; and the representative for South Carolina’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1921 to 1923.
