Voting Record

Missed Votes

From Dec 1901 to Nov 1921, Flood missed 734 of 2,356 roll call votes, which is 31.2%. This is on par with the median of 27.3% among the lifetime records of representatives serving in Nov 1921. The chart below reports missed votes over time.

We don’t track why legislators miss votes, but it’s often due to medical absenses, major life events, and running for higher office.
