by examining thousands of pages of census records and historical documents.
Holsey was one of them.

From Dec 1835 to Mar 1839, Holsey missed 455 of 934 roll call votes, which is 48.7%. This is much worse than the median of 23.4% among the lifetime records of representatives serving in Mar 1839. The chart below reports missed votes over time.
