He was previously the representative for Alabama’s 5th congressional district as a Democrat from 1893 to 1895; the representative for Alabama’s 5th congressional district as a Democrat from 1891 to 1893; the representative for Alabama’s 5th congressional district as a Democrat from 1889 to 1891; and the representative for Alabama’s 5th congressional district as a Democrat from 1887 to 1889.
