He was previously the representative for Wisconsin’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1931 to 1933; the representative for Wisconsin’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1927 to 1931; the representative for Wisconsin’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; the representative for Wisconsin’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; the representative for Wisconsin’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923; and the representative for Wisconsin’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1913 to 1915.
