He was previously the representative for Ohio’s 19th congressional district as a Republican from 1877 to 1881; the representative for Ohio’s 19th congressional district as a Republican from 1875 to 1877; the representative for Ohio’s 19th congressional district as a Republican from 1873 to 1875; the representative for Ohio’s 19th congressional district as a Republican from 1865 to 1873; and the representative for Ohio’s 19th congressional district as a Republican from 1863 to 1865.
