first database of slaveholding members of Congress
by examining thousands of pages of census records and historical documents.
Lloyd was one of them.

From Dec 1797 to May 1800, Lloyd missed 78 of 256 roll call votes, which is 30.5%. This is much worse than the median of 15.7% among the lifetime records of senators serving in May 1800. The chart below reports missed votes over time.
