He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 13th congressional district as a Democrat from 1891 to 1893; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 13th congressional district as a Democrat from 1889 to 1891; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 13th congressional district as a Democrat from 1877 to 1879; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 13th congressional district as a Democrat from 1875 to 1877.
