He was previously the representative for New York’s 34th congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905; the representative for New York’s 30th congressional district as a Republican from 1901 to 1903; the representative for New York’s 30th congressional district as a Republican from 1899 to 1901; the representative for New York’s 30th congressional district as a Republican from 1895 to 1899; the representative for New York’s 30th congressional district as a Republican from 1893 to 1895; the representative for New York’s 31st congressional district as a Republican from 1891 to 1893; the representative for New York’s 27th congressional district as a Republican from 1883 to 1885; and the representative for New York’s 27th congressional district as a Republican from 1881 to 1883.
