Wayne was the representative for Georgia and was a Jacksonian. He served from 1835 to 1837.
He was previously the representative for Georgia as a Jackson from 1833 to 1835; the representative for Georgia as a Jackson from 1831 to 1833; and the representative for Georgia as a Jackson from 1829 to 1831.
