Former Representative for Georgia

Cuthbert was the representative for Georgia and was a Republican. He served from 1819 to 1821.

Legislators who enslaved Black people

Voting Record

Missed Votes

From Dec 1819 to Mar 1821, Cuthbert missed 10 of 147 roll call votes, which is 6.8%. This is better than the median of 14.1% among the lifetime records of representatives serving in Mar 1821. The chart below reports missed votes over time.

We don’t track why legislators miss votes, but it’s often due to medical absenses, major life events, and running for higher office.
