Former Representative for Massachusetts’s 11th District
Douglass was the representative for Massachusetts’s 11th congressional district and was a Democrat. He served from 1933 to 1934.
He was previously the representative for Massachusetts’s 10th congressional district as a Democrat from 1931 to 1933; the representative for Massachusetts’s 10th congressional district as a Democrat from 1927 to 1931; and the representative for Massachusetts’s 10th congressional district as a Democrat from 1925 to 1927.
