He was previously the representative for New Jersey's 2nd congressional district (1905-1907); the representative for New Jersey's 2nd congressional district (1903-1905); the representative for New Jersey's 2nd congressional district (1901-1903); the representative for New Jersey's 2nd congressional district (1899-1901); the representative for New Jersey's 2nd congressional district (1895-1899); and the representative for New Jersey's 2nd congressional district (1893-1895).
