Reyburn was the representative for Pennsylvania’s 2nd congressional district and was a Republican. He served from 1907 to 1909.

He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1905 to 1907; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 4th congressional district as a Republican from 1895 to 1897; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 4th congressional district as a Republican from 1893 to 1895; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 4th congressional district as a Republican from 1891 to 1893; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 4th congressional district as a Republican from 1889 to 1891.
