He was previously the representative for Massachusetts’s 5th congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; the representative for Massachusetts’s 5th congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923; and the representative for Massachusetts’s 5th congressional district as a Republican from 1913 to 1915.
