He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 11th congressional district as a Democrat from 1883 to 1885; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 11th congressional district as a Democrat from 1873 to 1875; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 11th congressional district as a Democrat from 1871 to 1873.
