Gill was the representative for Ohio’s 16th congressional district and was a Republican. He served from 1903 to 1905.
He was previously the representative for Ohio’s 16th congressional district as a Republican from 1901 to 1903; and the representative for Ohio’s 16th congressional district as a Republican from 1899 to 1901.
