He was previously the representative for Massachusetts’s 10th congressional district as a Whig from 1847 to 1849; the representative for Massachusetts’s 10th congressional district as a Whig from 1845 to 1847; and the representative for Massachusetts’s 10th congressional district as a Whig from 1843 to 1845.
