He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 19th congressional district as a Democrat from 1887 to 1889; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 19th congressional district as a Democrat from 1877 to 1879; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 19th congressional district as a Democrat from 1875 to 1877.
