Mott was the representative for New York’s 32nd congressional district and was a Republican. He served from 1923 to 1925.
He was previously the representative for New York’s 32nd congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923; the representative for New York’s 32nd congressional district as a Republican from 1913 to 1915; and the representative for New York’s 28th congressional district as a Republican from 1911 to 1913.
